DRAFT BYE-LAWS (NO. 1)
LOCAL AND REGIONAL ROADS 2017
Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on
it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 (No. 44 of 2004)
hereby gives notice of its intention to make Special Speed Limit
Bye-Laws in respect of certain 30kph speed limits on local
roads within the administrative County of Fingal.
The Draft Bye-Laws together with associated drawings are
available for inspection at the following locations from Tuesday
12th September 2017 to Tuesday 24th October 2017 :-

comments or objections to the Draft Bye-Laws from the date
of the publication of this notice until the closing date detailed
below and any objections received shall be considered by
the Council.
Objections/submissions to be submitted in writing and
addressed to Administrative Officer, Operations Department,
Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
or e-mailed to roads@fingal.ie to arrive no later than 4.30 p.m.
on Tuesday, 24th October 2017.
