Following up to our last appeal on 26/04/23, the only additional information is the meeting that the IFA president Francie Gorman had with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar that he got assurance that if you could prove that you are actively farming the land, that you would not be eligible for the tax. As you can see from our submission, We have proven that I actively farm the Land and our family has done for the previous five generations.

I have attached the details of the case where Bord Pleanala excluded the site from inclusion on the land zone tax because there was no footpaths same as my land thank you .
