Having researched the proposed amendment number PA SH 6B.1. to the Draft Fingal County Development Plan 2023-29, I warmly welcome this submission on behalf of REDACTED. This sustainable development will provide much needed housing to rural dwellers who are active within our community. In the current housing crisis, it is incumbent on Fingal County Council to support citizens who can utilise family land to meet their own housing needs, once this development is rational, feasible, accessible and sustainable. This submission will allow REDACTED, a long established, rural and farming family to live in and continue to contribute to their community.
