Proposed  redevelopment of disused Community  building at Pinewood Green Avenue, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

In accordance with Part XI of the Local Government Planning and Development Act 2000 as revised and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 – 2017, Fingal County Council herby gives notice of  proposed works to be carried out at the site below:

For development at this site address:   Disused Community building, Pinewood Green Avenue, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

The development will consist of:

The demolition of the existing disused Community Building and site remediation. The proposal  is to construct a semi-detached pair of one bedroom, 2 person single storey bungalows and associated  site works.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection from Friday 5th January 2018 to Thursday 15th February 2018 at: Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin; Fingal County Council Civic Offices, Grove, Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 between the hours of 9.30a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays) and Fingal County Council Housing Office, Georges Square, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin (during library opening hours)
