I am writing regarding the proposed alteration to the Draft Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029 specifically to reference PA SH 7.1.
The subject lands, which have been identified as being at risk of flooding, have failed to meet their GE-zoning status through several refused planning applications and appeals by both Fingal County Council and An Bord Pleanála.
I would request that the change in zoning on the lands at Turvey Avenue from GE to Rural be upheld as outlined in the Draft Development Plan and approved by the CE. Ref: Map 7: Donabate/Portrane
