Relevant Section: 14.20.20
The original Draft Fingal County Council Development Plan contains SEVESO / COMAH specific information in sections 11.6.1 and 14.20.20. Having received the Errata to the Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Fingal Development Plan 2023 – 2029 email, I have crosschecked the amendments with these sections and neither of these sections have changed.
However, I did notice when I looked at the draft development plan that the name of one of the listed SEVESO / COMAH Establishments is incorrect.
The establishment in question is Contract & General Warehousing Ltd, Westpoint Business Park, Navan Road, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.
This establishment is now known as:
Rhenus Chemical Logistics Ireland Limited
Westpoint Business Park,
Navan Road,
Mulhuddart,
Dublin 15.
The listed consultation distance for this establishment remains the same.
We would appreciate if you could amend the Development Plan to reflect the above.
