Parking on Red Island, Skerries

Access and parking on Red Island, Skerries, should be altered so that cars do not dominate Harbour Road and that cars are not parked on the grass on Red Island whenever a driver feels like it.

One option would be to sink the carpark into the ground, both so that cars are not visible from South Strand and so that drivers can drive off the parking area onto the grass.
