The Local Objective for Cowbooter Lane, Howth - a very popular walking route as well as a very historical route which links the Upper Cliff Path walk to Balscadden Road and the harbour- which is in the Current Dev Plan, should be carried forward to the new Development Plan, namely: That Cowbooter Lane, Howth be maintained as a pedestrian and cycle route.
