Roscall Ltd. is aware and in full support of the submission by Aramex Ltd. as similarly highlights the importance of strong supporting policy objectives and/or zoning opportunities to maximise the potential for rural employment whether it be new, existing and/or expanding.
It is critical that existing, successful business locations (such as Bellinstown closely related to Ballyboughal as an identified key village centre in the rural economy of Fingal) are properly supported in the forthcoming Development Plan and that such beneficial rural clusters of employment, as emerging, are acknowledged within the plan and present as a sustainable form of development and best use of existing infrastructure.
