Delete Objective ED42 Draft a new Objective to take cognisance of other smaller retail areas in the relevant towns and to direct new retail opportunities into these areas where appropriate and compatible with other stated objectives. Draft a new Objective ED to “Facilitate and support the provision of free WiFi in Town Centres” Amend figure 6.5 to reference subsidiary retail areas at Shenick and Skerries Point.

The Zoning Objectives should therefore reflect these as Open Space rather than Residential Development.
Rezone risidential/development I suggest this to be changed as our sites have all the similar criteria to all of the other developments, such as; access to public mains, we share the same sufficient road infrastructure with the same access points. There is sufficient services in the area and we wouldn’t be causing any great issue with three further small dormer dwellings on the lane.
