TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AT WELLVIEW AVENUE, MULHUDDART, DUBLIN 15 FROM TUESDAY 31st OCTOBER 2023 TO FRIDAY 23RD FEBRUARY 2024
Fingal County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to temporarily close Wellview Avenue, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 from Tuesday 31st October 2023 to Friday 23rd February 2024 .
An application has been received on behalf of Fox Building and Engineering to temporarily close Wellview Avenue, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. This temporary closure is to facilitate installation of 3-4 metre deep drainage over a 300-meter-long section of roadway, with associated utility duct crossings, kerb and central median as part of proposed works.
Diversions will be signposted, and emergency access will be maintained.
Objections or submissions on the proposed Temporary Road Closure Wellview Avenue from Tuesday 31st October 2023 to Friday 23rd February 2024 may be made online through the Consultation Portal http://consult.fingal.ie or alternatively in writing to Administrative Officer, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 5pm Friday 13th October 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
