TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF BATH AVENUE, MALAHIDE, CO. DUBLIN

An application has been received by Fingal County Council Operations Department for the temporary road closure of Bath Avenue, Malahide, Co. Dublin.

The purpose of this closure is to facilitate road resurfacing works.

The period of the proposed temporary closure will be from 8.00 a.m. Thursday 22nd February 2024 to 5.00 p.m. Friday 15th March 2024.

Bath Avenue is One-Way with access to Grove Road available from its junction with the Coast Road (R106).

Access/Egress to the Grand Hotel Car Park will remain as normal.

Local access will be provided over the period of the closure for residents and pedestrians.

Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday 6th February 2024.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council. Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994. The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
