Guidelines on the public consultation of the

Barclay Chemicals, Damastown Way, Damastown Industrial Estate, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15

External Emergency Plan.

 

The plan is available for viewing in the following locations: 

  • Fingal County Council Offices, County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin
  • Fingal Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
  • Health Services Executive, MEM Office, St Mary’s Hospital Campus Phoenix Park, Chapelizod, Dublin 20
  • Dublin Fire Brigade Headquarters, 165-169 Townsend St, Dublin 2

Dates for viewing are from Monday 4th February 2019 until Friday 1st March 2019 inclusive, excluding weekends. Times for viewing are between 09:30 and 16:30 hrs.

  1. Viewers should be asked to complete the ‘Record of Viewers’ form in the pack.  However, it is optional that they do so.
  2. The draft plan is not available for photocopying or removal.
  3. Copies of an information leaflet, giving an overview of the plan is available in this Public Consultation pack and a copy may be given to interested parties.
  4. Viewers should be informed that queries or submissions regarding the plan should be made in writing, not later than 17:00 hrs. on Friday 1st March 2019, to the Emergency Management Officer (see below), as specified in the information leaflet and in the public notice advertised FCC, HSE and Garda websites.  Copies of a Feedback Form are included in the pack, which can be used to make a submission, if required.
  5. Queries from the Media should also be directed to the Emergency Management Officer (see below).
  6. At the end of the Public Consultation period, the pack, complete with the Record of Viewers form and the draft plan, should be returned to the Emergency Management Office at the address below.
