TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEMES 2023

Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of traffic calming measures at the following locations: -
Northcliffe Heights Skerries—1no. Flat Top Table ramp
The scheme includes the provision of traffic calming ramps, appropriate road signage and markings where necessary.
Plans and particulars of the scheme as shown on Drawing Number 2023-TC-005, are available for inspection from Wednesday 31st May to Wednesday 28th June 2023 as follows: -

The proposed scheme is also available to view on Fingal County Council’s website: https://consult.fingal.ie
Representations in relation to the proposed Scheme may be made in writing to: Administrative Officer, Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords Operations, Fingal County Council, Grove Road Blanchardstown Dublin 15 or online consultation portal to be received no later than 4.30pm on 28th June 2023.
All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Traffic Calming Scheme will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Traffic Calming Scheme in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s website. By making a submission the name of the individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
