NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH THE PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY AT BREMORE COURT, BALBRIGGAN, Co. DUBLIN.
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its functions under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993 proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the public rights of way in the schedule hereunder shall be extinguished.
A copy of the drawing reference number ROW-18-BREMORE COURT indicating the public rights of way to be extinguished may be inspected at the following Fingal County Council offices from Tuesday 17th April 2018 to Tuesday 15th May 2018, between the hours of 09.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday:

Objections or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made in writing to:

to be received not later than 4.30pm on Friday 1st June 2018.
