(A Proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant, Orbital Sewer, Outfall Pipeline, Sludge Hub Storage Centre and Regional Biosolids Storage Facility – ABP REF. 301908-18)

In accordance with Section 37F of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, and following a request made by ABP made under the provisions of this section of the Act, Irish

Water gives notice of the submission of information previously inadvertently omitted from the EIAR which accompanied the planning application (lodged on the 20th June, 2018):

 

• It has come to the attention of Irish Water that in relation to the documents which were lodged for public inspection with An Bord Pleanála, Fingal County Council at their Offices in Swords, Co. Dublin and Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and the Offices of Dublin City Council, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, and available on the website www.gddapplication.ie, some documentation forming part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) were inadvertently omitted. A list of the omitted documents is outlined as follows:

Any objections or submissions may be made in writing to An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, from 13th September 2018, for a period of 5 weeks up to 5.30pm 18th October 2018,

both dates inclusive.

 

 Any person who has already paid the observer fee of €50 need not do so again in respect of a submission/observation.
