Having designated areas for off leash dogs is fine as much as the designated areas or times are not restrictive( ex too few areas or very short slot of time

Age 12 is too old ! as these young adults (teenagers) go very fast . Age 10 and under would be appropiate.

If places like around the castle, playground, rose gardens and cafe areas were "on the lead" areas and everywhere else was a dog "off the lead" area.

What are "the event management guidelines and protocols"? Who decides any amendments? Will these amendments and or the guidelines/protocols be subject to public consultation? Until they are known...
