TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AT RADIAL ROAD TO REAR OF CHANDLER APARTMENTS, RATHBOURNE VILLAGE, ASHTOWN DUBLIN 15
Fingal County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to temporarily close Radial Road to rear of Chandler apartments, Rathbourne Village, Ashtown, Dublin 15 from Wednesday 1st November 2023 to Thursday 2nd November 2023 from 7am to 5pm.
An application has been received on behalf of RH Building Consultants to temporarily close the Radial Road to rear of Chandler apartments, Rathbourne Village, Ashtown, Dublin 15 from Wednesday 1st November 2023 to Thursday 2nd November 2023 from 7am to 5pm.This closure is to facilitate building maintenance work on Chandler apartment building.
Diversion signage will be in place during the closure.
Objections or submissions on the proposed temporary closure Radial Road to rear of Chandler apartments, Rathbourne Village, Ashtown, Dublin 15 from Wednesday 1st November 2023 to Thursday 2nd November 2023 from 7am to 5pm, can be made online through the Consultation Portal http://consult.fingal.ie or alternatively in writing to Administrative Officer, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 5pm Friday 13th October 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
