TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF CEANCHOR ROAD, HOWTH, CO DUBLIN
An application has been received byGMC UTILITIES GROUP LIMITED working on behalf of UISCE EIREANN for the temporary road closure of Ceanchor Road, Howth, Co Dublin, from its junction with Carrickbrack Road (R105).
The purpose of this closure is to facilitate the installation of new water mains.
The period of the proposed temporary closure over two periods as set out below,
From 9am on Tuesday 31st October 2023 to 5pm on Friday 22nd December 2023
From Wednesday 3rd January 2024 to Friday 12th January 2024
Ceanchor is a Cul de Sac with local access to be provided for residents and pedestrians over duration of closures.
Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.
Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.00p.m on Monday, 9th October 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the
Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
