TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF BATH AVENUE, MALAHIDE, CO. DUBLIN

An application has been received by the Water Services Department for the temporary road closure of Bath Avenue, Malahide, Co. Dublin, from the Bath Avenue/Coast Road (R106) junction to the Grand Hotel Car Park entrance.

The closure is to facilitate road drainage works.

The period of the proposed temporary closure will be from 9.00 a.m. on Monday 25th September 2023 to 5.00 p.m. on Friday 24th November 2023.

Bath Avenue is one-way with access to Grove Road available from its junction with the Coast Road (R106). Access/Egress to the Grand Hotel Car Park will remain as normal.

Local vehicular access will be provided for residents and pedestrians along length of closure.

Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.00p.m on Monday 4th September 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the 

Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.

  

Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994. 

 

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
