I believe there will be a signifcant issue if the cycle lane is built crossing the Biscayne entrance to all of i) cyclists, ii) motorists entering Biscayne, iii) motorists passing by Biscayne...

Inclusion of Sutton Cross
Sutton Cross - overall scheme is very welcome, but recommend addition of cycle path solution here e.g. boardwalk behind Marine Hotel.
Full route - covered rest areas and water taps along...
