Please confirm whether you wish to challenge the date on which land first meets the criteria for inclusion on a Local Authority map and outline the reasons why. Please refer to Sections 3 and 4 of the Residential Zoned Land Tax - Guidelines for Planning Authorities June 2022.

A map of scale 1:1,000 (urban area) or 1:2,500 (rural area) clearly identifying the area of land should be included.
