TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AT L3120 KILSHANE ROAD (NORTHBOUND LANE)
Fingal County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to temporarily close L3120 Kilshane Road (Northbound lane) from Thursday 1st June 2023 to Friday 2nd June 2023.
An application has been received on behalf of Farrans Construction Ltd to temporarily close the L3120 Kilshane Road (Northbound Lane). This is to facilitate an ESB connection.
Diversions will be signposted, and emergency access will be maintained.
Diversions will be by Cruiserath Road, Corduff Road, Cherryhound Tyrrelstown Link Road, R135 North Road, L3120 Kilshane Road.
Objections or submissions on the proposed Temporary Road Closure at L3120 Kilshane Road, on Thursday 1st June 2023 to Friday 2nd June 2023 can be made online through the Consultation Portal http://consult.fingal.ie or alternatively in writing to Administrative Officer, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 5pm Friday 5th May 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
