PROPOSED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF KINSEALY LANE, KINSEALY, CO. DUBLIN
An application has been received by GMC Utilities Group Limited for the temporary road closure of Kinsealy Lane between Chapel Road and the Back Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin.
The purpose of this closure is to facilitate Irish Water Works.
The period of the proposed temporary closure will be from 08.00 Monday,16th of January 2023 to 17.00 Friday, 20th of January 2023 (5 days in total).
The alternative routes available for traffic during the proposed closure hours are as follows:

Drumnigh Road (R124) to Back Road Malahide or alternatively use the Malahide Road (R107) to Back Road Malahide

Drumnigh Road (R124) and Chapel Road or alternatively Malahide Road (R107) to Chapel Road
Local access only will be provided for pedestrians and cyclists over the period of the proposed closure.
Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.
Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 16.00 on Monday, 19th December 2022.
All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the
Council regarding this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
