PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ROAD TRAFFIC (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS) (COUNTY OF FINGAL) BYE-LAWS 2020
In accordance with Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, for the purpose of installing new Bus Friendly Traffic Calming Ramps on Chapel Road Kinsealy, as part of the proposed traffic calming schemes currently on public display, and in the interest of road safety, the Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) County of Fingal Bye-Laws 2020’ have been prepared as following:
Road enclosed by a line commencing at a point on Chapel Road Eastbound 575 meters to point 250 meters on Chapel Road Eastbound to entrance at Kinsealy Hall. (250 meters 60k/h amended to 50k/h) – Drawing Number: 2023-PD-SSL-001
Plans and particulars of the Proposed Amendment are available for inspection from Wednesday 28th June to Thursday 27th July 2023.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) County of Fingal Bye-Laws 2020’ will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Proposed Amendments to the ‘Road Traffic (Special Speed Limits) County of Fingal Bye-Laws 2020’ in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
