Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its function under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993, proposes to extinguish the public right of way between Inglewood Road and Shelerin Road, Blakestown, Dublin 15.
A copy of drawing reference no. Inglewood DC1 indicating the public right of way to be extinguished may be inspected from Thursday 22nd September 2016 to Thursday 20th October 2016 as follows:
Fingal County Council Offices. Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm
Grove Road, (open through lunch)
Blanchardstown,
Dublin 15.
Objections to or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made on line or in writing to Mr. Michael Carroll, Administrative Officer, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.30pm on Thursday 3rd November 2016.
