PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL PARKING PLACES BYE-LAWS 2009, AND PARKING CONTROLS FOR CAR PARKS BYE-LAWS 2011
Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, (No. 7 of 1994) hereby gives notice that it proposes to amend and amalgamate Fingal County Council Parking Places Bye-Laws 2009 and Parking Controls for Car Parks Bye-Laws 2011.
Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws shall be retained at Fingal County Council offices at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, and County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin, for inspection during normal office hours over the period Thursday 14th November 2019 to Thursday 2nd January 2020 inclusive.
Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws are also available free of charge from the Operations Department, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. These Bye-Laws can also be viewed on-line on the Fingal Website www.fingal.ie.
Fingal County Council will consider submissions from any persons in relation to the draft Bye-Laws. Submissions must be made either on-line at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, not later than 4.30pm on Thursday 2nd January 2020.
