LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2001 (as amended) FOR THE REGULATION OF CEMETERIES
PROPOSED DRAFT FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL BURIAL GROUND BYE-LAWS 2021
Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 199 of the Local Government Act 2001 (as amended) for the Regulation of Cemeteries hereby gives notice that it proposes to adopt Fingal County Council Burial Ground Bye-Laws 2021.
Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws shall be retained at Fingal County Council offices at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, and County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin, and the Fingal Libraries in Blanchardstown, Swords and Malahide for inspection during normal office hours over the period Wednesday 3rd August 2022 to Wednesday 14th September 2022 inclusive.
The Draft Bye-Laws will also be available to view online on Fingal’s Consultation Portal at https://consult.fingal.ie
Fingal County Council will consider submissions from any persons in relation to the draft Bye-Laws. Submissions must be made either on-line at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Operations Department, Howth Malahide Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, not later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 14th September 2022.
