Proposed development of a Central Staff Facility at Fingal County Council Works Depot, Porters Road, Coolmine, Dublin 15


In accordance with Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8 of the
Planning and Development Regulations 2001(as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of
the proposed works to be carried out at the above site:


the demolition of existing building and the erection of two pre-fabricated extensions (Total floor area 

486M2) either side of existing pre-fabricated staff canteen building, comprising outdoor staff changing
rooms & toilets extension (297M2) and an office extension (189M2); plus associated ground works and
service connections


Plans and particulars of the proposal will be available for inspection from Tuesday 10th April 2018 to
Tuesday 8th May 2018 (between the hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday, from 9am to
4.30pm) at the offices of:


Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin; or
Fingal County Council Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.


Submissions or observations with respect to the proposal dealing with the proper planning and
sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made from
Tuesday 10th April 2018 to Tuesday 22nd May 2018 either online through the

Comments submitted to the Council in regard to this development will form part of the
statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County
Council. Accordingly they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and
consequently will appear on the Council’s Website.
