• Balscadden Road is a semi-rural road, leading to the Cliff Walk, and has a collection of significant vernacular, Victorian and Edwardian houses, including Protected Structures. It should be designated an Architectural Conservation Area in order to ensure its protection
• Instigate a review of vernacular buildings on Howth peninsula, such as tramway cottages, keeper’s cottages, soldiers’ cottages, etc, to be established as a designated Architectural Conservation Area.
• Include specific man-made landscape features, located within the HA High Amenity of Howth/Sutton area, as Protected Structures. List attached as document.
