31. Connection of the Rush mains sewage network be provided in the lifetime of the development plan for the
housing adjacent to the North beach Rush covering the area from the Six Cross Lanes / R128 junction to the Brook
stream where it enters the North Beach.
32. The area of the Sundrive Road currently remaining unconnected to the Rush Sewage network to be connected
to the mains system in the lifetime of this Development Plan.
36. The construction of a secondary culvert along the Channel Road be constructed and completed to protect the
properties at risk of Fuvial Fooding along the West Rush Stream as detailed on CFRAM and the 2017-2023 Strategic
Flood Risk assessment for Fingal Development Plan 2017-2023 item 6.1.7 Rush.
