Lusk By-Pass and M1 Access

Propose a new access road is built to the M1 from Skerries - Lusk Road. This wold allow residents of Skerries and Loughshinny to access M1 without having to dive through Lusk and would also serve residents of Lusk and relive congesion around Blake's Cross area, which has seen more than it's fair share of road traffic collissions over the years. Residents on norh side of Lusk wishing to access the M1 would also likely take this route alleviating congestion through Rush and parts of Lusk also.
