The R126 Hearse Road Bend Realignment, in the townland of Lanestown, Donabate, Co. Dublin.
In accordance with Part XIof the Local Government Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and Part 8 of the Planningand Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed works to be carried out at theabove site:
Realignment of the R126 in the townland of Lanestown, comprising construction of a 7.0m wide single carriageway for a distance ofO.Skm, from a location SSOm west of the junction of R126 with L6086 Cobbes Lane to a location 35m west of the same junction.
Provisionof 3.Sm wide travel lanes in each direction; no hard shoulders and nominally 1m verge either side, with additional vergewidening on the southern side to provide for sightlines.
Fencing, earthworks and pavement, utility provisions, drainage, landscaping and accommodation works.
All associated site works.
In accordance with Article 81and Article 120 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 (As Amended), Fingal County Council hasconcluded from a preliminary examination that no significant effects on the environment are likely as a result of the proposeddevelopment and that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of this notice,applyto An Bord Pleanala for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on theenvironment.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection athttp://consult.fingal.ie/en/browseand inspection orpurchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from Tuesday 15th October 2019 to Wednesday 13th November2019 at the following:

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development must arrive no later than 5pm on Wednesday 27thNovember 2019
All the issues that are raised in submissions and observations to the Council in regard to this proposed development, including theresponse of the Chief Executive thereto, will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal CountyCouncil.
The statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development inaccordance with regulations made under Part XIof the Planning and Development Act as amended.
The minutes of that meeting including the statutory report willappear on the Council's Website. Detailsincluding the names of thosemaking submissions or observations may also be shared with relevant Council Departments and agents working on theirbehalf.
