ROADS ACT 1993 TO 2015 – SECTION 75 TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUCKY LANE,GARRISTOWN, CO DUBLIN

An application has been received from KN Group, for permission to temporarily close L5025 Pucky Lane, Garristown, Co. Dublin,

to facilitate installation of new duct route. It is proposed the roadwill be closed from 9.00am to 6.00pm on Wednesday 15th July

2020 until Friday 24th July 2020.

 

Alternative routes available for vehicular traffic are as follows:

Ashbourne Bound Traffic:

All vehicular traffic travelling from Garristown/Tobergregan to Duleek, at the junction Windmill Road and Pucky Lane

continue along Windmill Lane towards the R130. At junction R130 and Windmill Lane take a left and go north along R130 through

Garristown towards junction Garristown County Boundary L-1005-0. Follow road towards junction Doles Road and take

a right.

 

Tobergregan Bound Traffic:

All vehicular traffic travelling from Duleek to Tobergregan/Garristown, at junction Garristown County Boundary L-1005-0

and Doles Road, continue along L1005-0 towards R130. At junction R130 and L1005-0 take a right and then take to R130

South Trough Garristown. At Junction R130 and Windmill Lane take a right towards Pucky Lane until final destination.

Local Access will be facilitated where possible and extensive diversion and information signage will be in place.

 

Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in

writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Balbriggan Swords Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road,

Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.00pm Friday 26th June 2020.

All comments, including the names of those making comments,

submitted to the Council in regard to this Temporary Road

Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to

the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.

Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies

who made submissions or observations with respect to the

proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the

regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that

meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website.

By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will

appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting
