TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEMES

St Mochta's Link Road, Clonsilla, Dublin 15.

Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 and Section 46 of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009 hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of traffic calming measures at the following locations:

· St Mochta's Link Road, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 - 1 No. Additional Traffic Calming Ramp.

· Clonsilla Road, Ongar, Dublin 15 - 1 No. Bus Friendly Ramp Zebra Crossing Markings.

· Beechpark Avenue, Castleknock, Dublin 15 - 1 No. Bus Friendly Ramp Zebra Crossing Markings.

· Lower Road Lucan - 4 No. Traffic Calming Ramps

· Castleknock Avenue Dublin 15 - 10 No. Traffic Calming Ramps

The schemes include the provision of traffic calming ramps, appropriate road signage and markings where necessary.

Plans and particulars of the Schemes as shown on Following Drawing Numbers:  2022-PD-TC-001, 2022-PD-TC-003, 2022-PD-TC-004, 2022-PD-TC-005 and 2022-PD-TC-006 are available for inspection from Monday 4th April until the 29th April as follows :

Fingal County Council Offices,               Monday - Friday            9.30am - 4.30pm

Dublin 15.

Representations in relation to the Schemes may be made in writing to:

Administrative Officer, Castleknock-Mulhuddart Area, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 not later than 4.30 p.m. on Friday the 29th April 2022.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Traffic Calming Scheme will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.

 Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Traffic Calming Scheme in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council's Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
