PROPOSED TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF A SECTION OF R124, DRUMNIGH ROAD, MALAHIDE, CO. DUBLIN.

An application has been made by Fingal County Council's Operation’s Department for the Temporary Road Closure of the R124, Drumnigh Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin, from the junction of Galtrim Grange to the junction of Blackwood Lane (northern side).

The purpose of this closure is to facilitate road maintenance.

The period of the proposed temporary closure will be from 07:00 Tuesday, 26th October 2021 to 23:00 on Friday, 29th October 2021.

The alternative route for traffic travelling between these junctions during the proposed closure is as follows:

 Local access will be provided over the periods of the proposed closures.

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 16.00 Friday, 8th October 2021.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council. Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994. The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
