NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AT HOLYWELL VIEW, HOLYWELL, SWORDS, CO. DUBLIN
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its functions under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the public right of way at Holywell View, Holywell, Swords, Co. Dublin as outlined in red on drawing Reference Number ROW-2021-101B shall be extinguished.
A copy of the Drawing indicating the public right of way to be extinguished can be made available for inspection by contacting the offices of Fingal County Council from Tuesday 23rd March 2021 to Friday 23rd April 2021 between thehours of 9.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday.

In addition, the proposed extinguishment can also be viewed through the Council’s online consultation portal http://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse
Objections or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made in writing to Mr. Paul Smyth, Senior Executive Officer, Operations Department, (Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords Operational Area) Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 not later than 4:30pm on Friday 14th May 2021. Persons making such objections or representations may at the same time make a request in writing to state their case at an Oral Hearing conducted by a person appointed by Fingal County Council for that purpose.
