Primary tabs

Fingal County Council is preparing a new Local Area Plan for Dublin Airport. As part of this process the Council wishes to hear your views on the key issues to be explored and addressed in the Plan.

To support consultation this Issues Paper has been developed. It presents an overview of key issues, sets out questions and encourages discussion on the broad matters that should be considered in the Plan review. This phase will be followed by the preparation and publication of a Draft Local Area Plan. During both phases, the Council will undertake public consultation and invite your comments.

We welcome your engagement

If you are interested in the development of the Dublin Airport Local area Plan and wish to contribute to the shaping of its future, please make an online or written submission to the Planning Authority before 5pm on Tuesday 18th September 2018. You can also contribute and discuss your views, aspirations and visions on how you would like to see the Dublin Airport area develop on Fingal County Council's new public perspectives visioning portal here.

A Public Information Session will also take place on Wednesday 5th September 2018, in the Atrium, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, between 4pm and 8pm.
