Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers vested in them under the provisions of The Casual Trading Act, 1995 hereby gives notice of its intention to make Casual Trading Bye-Laws for the control, regulation, supervision and administration of casual trading in the administrative area of Fingal County Council.
The Draft Bye-Laws are available for inspection at https://consult.fingal.ie/browse from Monday 19th April to Friday 28th May 2021 inclusive.
Observations, objections or submissions regarding the proposed Bye-laws are invited from members of the public and other interested parties from the date of the publication of this notice up to Friday 28th May 2021 and any submissions received during this period shall be considered by the Council.
Alternatively, submissions can be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Castleknock/Mulhuddart Area, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, D15W638 to arrive no later than 5 pm on Friday 28th May 2021.
Please note that all submissions will be published to the County Council’s website
NOTE: Due to Covid-19 Restrictions Public Display of the above will not be available in public areas and will ONLY be available online.
All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to the above, will form part of the report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
