TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEME
Carrickbrack Heath, Sutton
Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 and Section 46 of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009 hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of traffic calming measures at the following location:
Carrickbrack Heath Sutton
The scheme includes the provision of traffic calming ramps, appropriate road signage and markings where necessary.
Plans and particulars of the Scheme as shown on Drawing Number Malahide_Howth\TC001\05, are available for inspection from 21st July to 1st September 2017 as follows:-
Fingal County Hall, Mon – Thurs: 9am - 5pm
Main Street, Fri: 9am – 4:30pm
Swords,
Co. Dublin.
Baldoyle Library Mon: 9:45am-1:00pm and 1:45pm-8:00pm
The Mall, Tues and Thurs: 1:15pm-8:00pm
Balydoyle, Wed, Friday and Saturday: 9:45am-1:00pm and 1:45pm - 5.00pm
Dublin 13
The proposed Scheme is also available to view on Fingal County Council’s website: https://consult.fingal.ie/
Representations in relation to the proposed Scheme may be made in writing to: Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operations, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 or email howmaloparea@fingal.ie to be received no later than 4.30 pm on Friday 1st September 2017.
