One would presume it is okay to cycle my bicycle any place where the 6 foot 4 man drives his white vehicle. I have noticed many cyclists cycling through the park so it must be okay on the pathways....

There is no need for this proposal, as a regular dog walker there is no issue that can't be fixed under byelaws already in place.

The total ban of bicycles is harsh. Like the proposed blanket requirement for leashes on dogs, it will not change the behaviour that has prompted the ban and simply punishes the innocent. Yvonne...

The current wording of the sction with 'on a leash OR under adaquate control' does not need any changing. The new wording infers that dogs cannot be kept under control off the leash which is wrong.
