Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 hereby gives notice that it has prepared Schemes for the provision of traffic calming measures at the following locations: -
Damastown Way, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15
The scheme includes the provision of 5no. traffic calming ramps, appropriate road signage and markings where necessary. Drawing No: 2024-PD-TC-001 refers.
Plans and particulars of the scheme as shown on the above Drawing Numbers are available for inspection from Wednesday 14th February 2024 to Wednesday 13th March 2024 as follows: -

The proposed schemes are also available to view on Fingal County Council’s website at https://consult.fingal.ie
Representations in relation to the proposed Scheme may be made in writing to: Administrative Officer, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Operations Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road Blanchardstown Dublin 15 or through the online consultation portal to be received no later than 5pm on Wednesday 13th March 2024.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Traffic Calming Scheme will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Traffic Calming Scheme in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s website. By making a submission the name of the individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
