PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF A SKATE PARK FACILITY
AT MILL POND PARK, BALBRIGGAN
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed
construction by Fingal County Council of the above facility.
Fingal County Council following extensive consultation with local representatives and community groups wishes to develop a local Public Skate Park facility at Mill Pond Park, Balbriggan, County Dublin.
The proposed facility is intended to be approximately 1,000m2 in area, and may, following appropriate design exploration cater for other allied user groups (subject to compatibility with the Parks and Open Space Bye Laws). The proposal is compatible with early examination of a Master Plan for this park currently being undertaken. Details of the proposed facility are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy thereof from Tuesday 1st December 2015 to 22nd January, 2016 at:
Fingal County Council Offices, County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin, and Civic Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm (open through lunch) and at Balbriggan Library, Georges Square, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

Observations or submissions regarding these proposals are invited from members of the public and other interested parties.
All submissions or observations received during the time period will be taken into consideration before the preparation of a revised proposal.
