TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF R106 MALAHIDE ROAD, CO DUBLIN

 

An application has been received from John Craddock Group, for permission to temporarily close R106 Malahide Road from junction of R132 Roundabout to Mountgorry Way Junction Roundabout, to facilitate line pressure testing. It is proposed that sections of the road will be closed 24 hours from 21st June 2021 until 3rd July 2021The road is closed for 24 hours and permitted working hours shall be between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 19.00 on Saturdays with exception to the works at the R132 Roundabout where working hours will be between 20:00pm and 06:00am.

 

Alternative routes available for vehicular traffic are as follows:
 

Southbound and Eastbound traffic diverted at the junction of Malahide Road/R106, R132 and Drynam Road.  Traffic diverted via Drynam Road and Mountgorry Way.

 

Westbound traffic diverted at the junction of the Malahide Road/R106 and Mountgorry Way.

Fingal County Council regrets any inconvenience caused in relation to this matter.

 

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Balbriggan Swords Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.00pm Friday 4th June 2021.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.

 

Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.

 

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
