ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT (NO.1) ORDER – DONABATE DISTRIBUTOR ROAD, DONABATE, CO. DUBLIN
Notice is hereby given that the Chief Executive, Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers vested in her under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 and having consulted with the Commissioner of An Garda Síochána, has made an order entitled the Road Works Speed Limit (No. 1) Order, Donabate Distributor Road, Donabate, Co. Dublin.
A Road Works Speed Limit of 60km/h will be introduced for the Donabate Distributor Road including the new sections of road linking to the Hearse Road and the Portrane Road (total 4.094km in length) to facilitate completion of road construction works.
The Road Works Speed Limit will be in effect for a period of six months from 21st February 2020 to 1st August 2020.
