ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT (No. 2) ORDER – UPGRADE WORKS OF RATHBEALE ROAD, SWORDS, CO DUBLIN
The Chief Executive of Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 (No. 44 of 2004), made the Road Works Speed Limit (no.1) Order (upgrade works of Rathbeale Road, Swords, Co Dublin) on 30th May 2019 effective until 29th May 2020.
It is now required to make a further order entitled, Road Works Speed Limit (No.2) Order (upgrade works of Rathbeale Road, Swords, Co Dublin) for a Road Works Speed Limit of 50km/h with now be retained until 28th May 2021.
On the Rathbeale Road between a point 190m west of the Rathbeale Road/Murrough Road junction to point 1140m west of the Rathbeale Road/Murrough Road junction (total 950m in length).
This Road Works Speed Limit will be in effect until 28th May 2021.
