TRAFFIC CALMING SCHEMES
CARRICKBRACK HILL AND GREENFIELDS ROAD, SUTTON
Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of traffic calming measures at the following locations:
• Carrickbrack Hill, Sutton – 4 No. Standard Traffic Calming Ramps
• Greenfields Road - Sutton – 2 No. Bus Friendly Traffic Calming Ramps
These schemes also provide for the provision of appropriate road signage.
Plans and particulars of the schemes as shown on Drawing No: 2021-PD-TC-009 and 2021-PD-TC-010 can be viewed on-line on the Consultation Portal, at
https://consult.fingal.ie from Wednesday 9th of June 2021.
Due to ongoing Level 5 Covid-19 Restrictions it will not be possible to have these drawings on Public Display and they will ONLY be available online.
Representations in relation to the Scheme can be made online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 4.30 p.m. on Monday the 12th of July 2021.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to these Traffic Calming Schemes will form part of the statutory
report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.
Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Traffic Calming Scheme in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994.
The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of
