PROPOSED TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF STOCKHOLE LANE BETWEEN THE R139 AND BASKIN LANE, CLOGHRAN, CO. DUBLIN.

An application has been received from GMC Utilities Group Ltd on behalf of Irish Water for the temporary closure of Stockhole Lane between the R139 and Baskin Lane, Cloghran, Co. Dublin.

This closure will facilitate the installation of sewer connection works.

The period of the proposed temporary closure will be from 00.00 Monday, 18th October 2021 until 00.00 Friday, 22nd October 2021.

The alternative route for traffic travelling in the area during the proposed closure is as follows:

 South Stockhole Lane south of junction with Baskin Lane and R109 Via Baskin Lane to R107 (south) to Northern Cross to R109 (west)
North Stockhole Lane north of junction with Baskin Lane and R132  Via R109 (east) to Northern Cross to R107 (north) to Baskin Lane (west)

Local access will be provided over the period of the proposed closure.

Any person may lodge an objection online through the Consultation Portal, at https://consult.fingal.ie, or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Howth Malahide Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, to arrive no later than 16.00 Monday 27th September.

All comments, including the names of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this Temporary Road Closure will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council. Accordingly, the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Temporary Road Closure in accordance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Act 1994. The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
