The purpose of the report is to provide the information required to assist Fingal County Council, the competent authority, to undertake a screening exercise for Appropriate Assessment (AA). This will determine the effects, if any, on European sites, also known as Natura 2000 Sites (Special Areas of Conservation (SAC) and Special Protection Areas (SPA), designated for nature conservation, of the proposed construction of a 10 bay traveller accommodation development at Coolquay, Co, Dublin.
