NOTICE of PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.

 

PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (as amended)

Part 8 of the PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001(as amended)

 

Proposed provision of Traveller Accommodation at Coolquay, Co Dublin.

 

In accordance with Part XI of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended)  and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001(as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed works to be carried out at the above site:

 

Proposed demolition of barn and provision of Traveller Accommodation (as ‘Houses Displaced By Infrastructural Works, Objective RF54’  of the Fingal Development Plan 2017-2023 refers), in the form of 10 no. constructed bays with amenity  building in each bay,  associated services, car parking,  new vehicular and pedestrian access to the site, footpath works to the R135, all drainage, boundary, landscape and associated site works, at lands to the north west of the junction of the R135 and R130 (Mays Cross), located between the M2 to the west, the R135 to the east and Cluthe Lane to the south, Coolquay, Co. Dublin.

 

 

Plans and particulars of the proposal will be available for inspection from Tuesday 17th April 2018 to Tuesday 15th May 2018 (between the hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday, from 9am to 4.30pm) at the offices of:

Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin; and

Fingal County Council Offices, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposal dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made from Tuesday 17th April 2018 to Tuesday 29th May 2018 either online through the website: http://consult.fingal.ie/en/ browse or in writing to:-

on, or before 4.30pm, Tuesday 29th May 2018.

 

All comments, including the names of those making comments,

submitted to the Council in regard to this development will form part of the statutory report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.

 

Accordingly the statutory report will list the persons or bodies who made submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development in accordance with the regulations of the Planning and Development Act.

 

The submissions will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s Website. By making a submission the name of individual or bodies will appear on the statutory report and minutes of the meeting.
